<p><b>Head of Financial Reporting - Big Talk Productions&nbsp;</b></p> <p><b>Staff Position - Part-Time (3 days per week including every Tuesday)<br /> London</b><br /> <br /> Big Talk Productions (part of ITV Studios Limited) is one of the UK’s leading television production companies and was nominated for ‘Production Company of the Year’ at the 2018 Edinburgh TV Awards. Over the last twenty years it has enjoyed an exceptional output of outstanding original scripted television comedy and drama with a track record of nurturing talent.<br /> <br /> An amazing opportunity has been created to join them in a new role on a part-time basis. The role will ensure the accurate delivery of all the Financial Reporting requirements from the Management Accounts for ITV Studios reporting and Statutory Accounts, including monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting requirements.<br /> <br /> You will manage cash flow reporting and oversee good cash flow procedures especially on HETV tax credit reclaim, in conjunction with the Finance Director and ITV you will set up new statutory HETV companies. You will ensure that all filing deadlines are met and ensure compliance for all statutory entities. You will also work closely with the Finance Director to generate new and insightful reports for the Board and Senior Management team at Big Talk.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> It is essential that you are a fully qualified accountant, have strong technical knowledge of statutory and management accounting requirements, regulation and accounting principles, excellent analytical and numerical abilities, sound business knowledge, accuracy and an eye for detail and an understanding of risk management and importance of governance.<br /> <br /> The days of working will ideally be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
