We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team leading on Management Accounts, Forecasting, Budgeting, Price modelling and financial analysis, to ensure we are providing the most efficient, customer focused service, while maintaining our internal controls and full cost recovering on our Fees.

In this role you will support the Head of Finance with financial analysis to support key decision making and support of strategic initiatives, producing ad hoc data analysis for management purposes including investment appraisal and pricing proposals; and Support Operations with Financial Models and monitor KPI’s.  You will support the preparation of Statutory Accounts and returns together with the Finance Manager, maintain and ensure the accuracy of the accounting systems.

You will have line management responsibility for the Assistant Management Accountant where you will manage, support and Supervise them.

The role will require liaison with Service Managers, and key stakeholders, to support and deliver KPI's. The post holder will be required to travel to services to train operational staff.

To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic with high energy levels and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. A strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills you'll have the ability to inspire and lead a small team as well as influence and partner key stakeholders across the wider business. You will also need the ability to travel independently to services or departments as required.
