Overheads Accountant

My client is looking for an Overheads Accountant to join their Accountancy team. They are a huge Property Management firm based in South West London (Victoria), who operate and manage properties all over the UK. Due to the large number of properties in the firm's control, they are looking for a Management Accountant to deal with the overhead costs of their assets.

The client is a Real Estate and Property firm; they own and manage office, leisure and retail properties all over London and across the UK. The client are looking for someone to join their Accountancy team as an Overheads Accountant and is based in South West London (Victoria).

Description

The successful candidate will be:

• Helping deliver the overhead budget of the group and forecast to the CEO and CFO
• Assisting budget holders in preparing their overhead budget templates
• Preparing the monthly overhead management accounts
• Creating packs about the overhead management accounts for the board and other senior executive members.
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparing the Monthly headcount report

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience preparing Management Accounts
• Be comfortable on Excel
• Be comfortable interacting with with senior executives
• Have experience in preparing reports for more senior members of staff (board, directors etc)

Job Offer

• £39,000 - £42,000
