Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Recording and researching debtors and creditors.
- Prepare AP listing for what is due to be paid and submit for review.
- Preparing invoices for customers.
- Ensure proper paperwork is complete for documents being sent internationally.
- Assist Inventory Manager in the shipping documents.
- Liaise with freight company for shipping.
- Time reporting.
- Business Expense Credit Card recording.
- Assist in visa applications for staff.
- Maintain continual compliance with the corporate records retention policy.
- Keeping track of bond and export compliance filings.
