Part time Finance Manager

An part time (3 days a week) internal finance opportunity within a well established growing accountancy firm in the heart of Cambridge.

This role will involve internal accounts management, planning and internal revenue protection and Credit Control

Client Details

My client is a well established accountancy firm located in the heart of Cambridge city centre

They are continuing to grow pace and are looking for an in house finance manager to support with internal accountants and credit control.

Description

-Maintaining books and records, weekly debtors reports

-Supplier payment schedule

-Client account payments and reconciliation

-Budgets & Cash flow forecast

-Staff scheduling

-Liaison with managers and planning-two aspects job pipeline and staff- weekly

-Checking on KPI's in terms of accounts to clients -weekly-

-Credit control- 1 day per week

-Weekly Minutes for managers meeting

Profile

An experienced accountant part or fully qualified or QBE with experience in Internal accounts, management planning and Internal revenue protection and credit control.

You must be prepared to undertake credit control on a systematic basis, it should be done on a friendly but professional basis.
