Description

The Property Credit Controller will have responsibilities such as:

  • Working alongside collections team
  • Controlling DSO days
  • Collection of overdue invoices
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Handling customer queries
  • Managing own portfolio (500 accounts)
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines

    • Profile

    The successful Property Credit Controller will have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Have a strong understanding of collections
  • Previous experience in a property company is a must
  • Strong experience with accountancy software

    The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary between £25,000 and £28,000. Please do not apply if you do not have the necessary experience.
