Office Manager / Bookkeeper - Colchester, Essex
Full Time experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper required for busy Landscape Contractor located in a lovely area approx 20 minutes from Colchester in the village of Bures.
This is an exciting position for an enthusiastic, organised person who can hit the ground running from day one !
Responsibilties include assisting with the administration of the office on a day to day basis along with careful management of the companies' bookkeeping.
The ideal person will be reliable, well presented with excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face. The ability to cover a varied workload with a 'can do' attitude is essential as well as having precise attention to detail.
A positive, self motivated person who is a real team player essential.
Excellent computer skills are a must including solid Sage Accounts experience, Excel,Word and Outlook.
Some marketing experience would be an advantage to manage social media accounts and also keep the website refreshed.
Other areas covered by this role are– HR issues, staff training, liaising with the Managing Director, sub contractors and the ability to prioritise and direct enquiries to the appropriate person.
