I am recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join an internationally recognised not–for–profit professional institution based in London.
Our client is looking for a permanent member of staff to join their finance function, mainly working with their membership and commercial departments. The role will be supporting the Central finance team with the production of high–quality financial reports.
The successful incumbent will maintain accurate invoicing processes for the organisations commercial revenue streams, perform income reconciliations, manage debtor levels, resolve queries and validate purchase orders in line with policy.
Managing CRM data integrity, dealing with key stakeholders and assisting in the preparation of month–end journals will also be important elements of the role. The client is looking for an individual confident in dealing with debits and credits on Excel and preferably somebody who is either part–qualified or starting out their qualification journey.
