As the Operations Compliance Manager, you will be tasked to set up the operational process flow, SOP documentation, enhance internal controls and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures applicable to the Company’s operations, operational risk and compliance requirement
  • Ensure that internal operational procedures and SOPs comply with all relevant statutes, regulations (Eg: MAS requirements)
  • Liaise with all relevant business partners
  • Provide advice and enhancements of operational procedures related to compliance trends, practices, and opportunities

Requirements
  • Min. 5+ years in a compliance / compliance operations role with a financial services firm, preferably in the Fintech space
  • Good degree in related discipline
  • Familiar with compliance risk and operational risk management policy
  • Understand regulatory landscape and compliance requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment
  • Prior experience in drafting and maintenance of operations documentation (e.g. manuals, SOPs).
  • Internal audit and/or Broker-dealer experience a plus.
