Aston Carter have partnered with a heavily expanding Financial Services brand in the search for multiple Senior BA's to support the business during a significant period of change and transformation. Supporting the Project & Change division, these roles will suit BA's who are looking to grow their career quickly in a diverse environment that offers multiple project exposures. This business is heavily focussed on development of staff, and these roles will suit BA's / Senior BA's that are looking to target progression to Scrum Master / Iteration Manager / Product Manager etc. career pathways.

The Role
Working in a newly established team driving industry best practices, the Senior BA's will be challenged to autonomously lead multiple projects whilst educating the wider business on project methodology. The Senior Business Analyst positions will need to establish strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in order to successfully manage workload through the lifecycle of projects. This role will require someone with great multi-tasking and organisational skills to efficiently manage multiple project engagements whilst improving processes and mitigating project risk.

  • Finance Systems change; System upgrades, implementations, testing and decommissions
  • Meeting with key business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather information and analyse requirement (including C-Suite exposure)
  • Assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business operations to establish a base for developing improved structures, processes and systems.
  • Analysing workflow to create process and information models and identify areas of potential improvement.
  • Maintain strong and effective relationships throughout the business.
  • Educate the wider business on project methodology through workshops, presentations and discovery sessions.
  • Highly focussed development culture and autonomous working environment.
  • Pro-active process improvement
To be successful in the role you will;
  • Have strong analysis skills
  • An understanding of process improvement methodologies (Agile), related concepts, and frameworks
  • Strong senior stakeholder management experience
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in end to end projects
  • Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
  • Financial Services Background Highly Advantageous
