Job role
- Maintains and controls the General Ledger accounts and Business transactions of the organization with the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Analytical work and thorough reviews of financial records.
- Assist the Manager with the day to day, monthly and year end operations of the Accounting Department.
- Bank related transactions, document submission, encashment, check book collections, etc..
- Accurate and timely recording of invoice, client statements preparation and consistent follow up of accounts receivable due to the company.
- Customer ledger maintenance ensuring receipts collected on all modes and credit notes are recorded accordingly.
- Complete handling of Accounts Payable and Check preparations and issuances
- Preparation of AR and AP Summary, Bank reconciliation, and as other reports required by the management for monthly and quarterly review
- Handling of Petty Cash Fund and timely preparation of report for fund replenishment
- Ensure Advances and employee loans are recorded and monitored as per company policy.
- Manages the company's Administrative needs such as supplies and inventory, company mobile plans, required insurances, office permits and licenses handling, office and warehouse tenancy processing etc..
- Daily Attendance Monitoring and Timekeeping
- Complete recording and monitoring of Sick Leave and Vacation Leave of employees
- Provides support for Events Department team such as but not limited to budget preparation and financial report reviews, reports and data preparations, quotations preparation, pre-event and post event ticketing and license administration, carrying out of certain assignments for events, providing assistance on ground when needed, etc..
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
