Description

Key responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Enter Invoices
  • Match Invoices to correct POs, or check received the correct authorisation
  • Post Matched invoices ready for weekly payments
  • Query resolution regarding invoices, payments and purchase orders
  • General Administration Duties
  • Other adhoc tasks as maybe required from time to time
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Admin support for the Accounts Payable team
  • Managing the email inbox.
  • Answer enquires from internal and external contacts by email and telephone
  • Build relationships with suppliers and colleagues
