Accounts Receivable

Page Personnel are working with a UK wide business based in Harlow. They are looking for a temporary Accounts Receivable person to join them initially on 6 month post. This is an immediately available opportunity for someone with some AR experience.

Our client, is a UK wide business based in Harlow, working in the Manufacturing and Production. They have a large finance team of 45 plus which heavily promote organic growth and love to see people progress within the business. They offer fantastic modern offices with an on-site canteen and are located just two minutes from the train station. Description

Reporting directly into the accounts receivable team leader, the successful sales ledger clerk will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

Raising invoices
Account reconciliations
Allocating cash
Resolving queries both internal and external
Managing in box of queries from customers or key accounts

Profile

To be successful and work within the Manufacturing and Production company the candidate will have initial experience in accounts receivable or at minimum office administration ideally with some AAT qualification or similar or working towards.

Office administration experience studying towards AAT OR experience in an accounts environment

Sage experience
Accounts receivable/sales ledger background
Worked in a high volume fast pace environment

£8 - £12 per hour for an initial 6 months depending on experience
