This role will begin as a 12 month fixed term contract which may extend to a permanent role.

Our client have multiple sites across the UK meaning this candidate will review figures from all over the UK.

Description

This role, Assistant Accountant with multisite experience (Temporary), involves:

- Using Excel up to VlookUp and Pivot Table level

- End to end accounts payable processing

- Processing up to 150 invoices per month

- Bank reconciliations

- Supplier statement reconciliations

- Knowledge of VAT and ensuring the correct cost code is applied

- Month end reconciliations

- Credit card reconciliations

- Allocating share receipts

- Intercompany recharges

- Petty cash reconciliations

- Prepayments and accruals

- Fixed Assets

- Accountancy

- 12 month role

- Based in the City of London

Profile

The candidate we are looking for, Assistant Accountant with multisite experience (Temporary), must:

1. Have experience either in hospitality or experience of multisites

2. Be happy to commit to a 12 month assignment

3. Be able to start on January
