For a large infrastructure project the project control manager will be responsible of all cost management on the projects. He will do reports and follow planning. He will ensure that all cost are agreed and he will work on detailed delivery shcedule, scheduling, cost estimation, risk management plan. He will do weekly and monthly progress reports including monitoring and tracking of project progress and financial performance.
