Branch Customer Service & Sales Advisor (QFA) | Permanent | Dublin (all locations, city centre, North & South) The Client: Located in Dublin, our client is a leading financial services provider with a well established retail network. Our client is committed to providing simplified financial services solutions to their clients. They are currently experiencing growth in the market with a range of innovative products tailored to suit customer's needs. They are currently recruiting Branch Customer Service & Sales Advisors for their Dublin branches. We currently have positions available in Dublin central locations as well as the north and south sides of the city. The Role: As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be required to support key functions within the branch. Key duties will include: To fulfil customer appointments to advise on financial products specifically loans, mortgages and investment products and fully assist customers in the sales process from initial query to completion Assist with sales and promotional campaigns to drive business and meet branch targets To provide an excellent level of customer service via various communication channels both internally and externally To develop an understanding and practical knowledge of all areas of retail banking such as customer service and teller administration Deputise for management when required and attend team meetings regularly General administration tasks and management reporting Hours of work : 36.25 hours per week Length of contract: full-time, permanent contract Requirements: Qualified Financial Advisor or part qualified with a minimum of APA status in Loans and Investments and actively engaging in Continuous Professional Development A minimum of 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate including Maths and English (Ordinary Level subjects at a minimum) At least 6-12 months experience in a banking environment a distinct advantage Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Good computer and writing skills with proficiency in MS Office In Return: Competitive salary, within the region of €28-32k depending on experience/qualifications Educational assistance Experience with a recognised organisation in the financial services sector Excellent scope for career progression and development Contributory pension Why use Grafton?
