They are now looking at way to expand and need a Financial Controller to join their team. The board of directors are engaging and innovative with and energy for the business. They are looking for someone who can join that shares their enthusiasm for the business.
Description
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and approval of quarterly VAT returns
- Development of KPIs for the finance department
- Production of accurate cash flow statements
- Management of finance team
Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong technical background
- Experience of managing staff
- Excellent communication
