objective :Responsible for handling all accounting activities, maintaining the General Ledger accounts, posting all financial transactions into the accounting system.
• To record project transactions (revenue, expenses)
• To issue invoices related to projects
• To handle following clients activities
Client Activities include to control payment/receipts for; iqama renewal, labor card, erv, ticket, gosi, monthly payroll, invoicing, receipt against invoicing, insurance, expenses, incentives, vacations, initial income, outstanding invoices, employee joining, termination/ resignation/ final settlement etc etc
• To prepare and enter all payment transactions
• To pay STC bills, issue invoice to client, maintain payment details and enter into system
• To reconcile MMS bank account on monthly basis
• To prepare payroll and payment salaries and incentives and update master data
• To assist finance manager in preparing reports
• To coordinate with external auditors to perform Audit
\[Any other tasks assigned by direct manager.
