The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Management Accountant to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team at Cabrini Health. The Management Accountant has the responsibility for management accounting support to several Cabrini units focused on Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting. This position reports to the Director Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a full time fixed term maternity leave cover position based in our Hawthorn East office.

Key Capabilities

• Strong financial analysis skills, with an aptitude for extracting data out of financial systems and analysing to provide insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to be a team player and the ability to work with others on shared goals both internal and external to the Finance department.
• Knowledge of financial control and accounting practice.
• Ability to plan own work and prioritise accordingly.
• Experience using Hyperion highly regarded.
