On behalf of a global fast-food retail chain, we are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Riyadh operations.
Analysis
• Compile, enter, and maintain financial information into the system in order to generate any required financial reports for management
• Collect, verify, and analyse financial information and economic indicators so senior management can have accurate information to make strategic and operational decisions on investments, capital expenditure, future cash flow needs, and/or sale of assets, etc.
• Conduct financial and costing analysis (KPI’s, trends, capital expenditures analysis, variances reporting in terms of actual versus targets reports, deviation reports, etc)
• Analyse financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions in order for senior managers to evaluate alternatives against the organisation’s business objectives
• Assist in bank transactions and activities.
Reporting
• Assist in developing financial statements, such as balance sheet, income statement, profit and loss, and cash flow statement
• Assist in preparation of internal financial reports for top management as requested
• Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, graphics packages, and ERP solutions, to assemble, and format data and/or reports.
Learning and Development
• Keep updated with any changes in finance guidelines or principles
• Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge, and innovation in the relevant field of expertise
• Further, develop expertise through off the job training activities and involvement in more complex tasks and projects.
