Responsibilities
  • Organize and prepare the meeting logistics for Quality of Services Forum
  • Primary accountability/reviewer for all HKMA reporting requirements ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Review current practices and procedures and introduce best market practices
  • Assess the regulatory reporting impact of new products (IRS/FRA/CCS/Transactional Banking)
  • Develop strong working relationship with Head Office & 3rd party service provider to ensure strong controls and procedures around the return preparation processes
  • Business partnering role for all regulatory matters impacting the Hong Kong business, including advising the HKMA requirements and resolving interpretation issues
  • Strong engagement and stakeholders management with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support rapid growth in the bank and manage change
  • As the finance lead in various projects


Requirements
  • University graduate majoring in accounting & finance or other relevant majors
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in professional services firm(Financial Services stream only) and/or banking regulatory reporting experience
  • Knowledge of financial market and corporate bank products
  • Good understanding of system flows and process design
  • Experience in dealing with regulators
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
