Your Responsibilities:
- Approved daily corporate level spending through PO system (SAP) and Concur system to ensure compliance with internal policy
- Prepared the forecast and budget for corporate spending (i.e. OPEX and CAPEX) and report Variance analysis to CFO
- Assisted accounting for month-end closing
- Prepared monthly KPI report to ensure it aligns with the plan
- Reported the full year foreign currency need to the group for hedging
- Liaised with different business units to ensure alignment with the company's strategy
Your Abilities:
- Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline from a recognised institution
- Must be a fluent English speaker
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Interactive and corporate
- Pressure taker under a fast pace working environment
