Product Control - Manager - Permanent Position

This is an exciting permanent full time role with a highly regarded banking group. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, dealing with key stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Review daily Profit & Loss for the rates trading desk and explain movements relative to underlying markets
  • Prepare, delivery and review of daily and monthly financial results
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly balance sheet and sub-systems reconciliations
  • Developing a strong working knowledge of all products traded
  • New product implementation
  • Cash breaks
  • Attribution and decomposition
  • Project work including new product implementation, systems and process enhancements

Requirements:
  • 3 +yrs experience in financial services industry
  • Product control experience
  • Technically strong knowledge of banking products and related accounting considerations
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
