About the role
The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing end to end financial support, analysis, financial reporting, and modelling. They must also enjoy managing and fostering relationships with business stakeholders, and team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Motivate and manage a team of two
- Monthly planning and forecasting of expenses, relevant projects and productivity
- Ability to conduct deep dives and provide insights
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with finance business counterparts
- Drive continuous improvement of analytics, month-end, projection and reporting processes to deliver enhanced outcomes.
- Provide management oversight and guidance
- Working collaboratively across all teams to ensure analysis is insightful and aligned with overall goals.
About you
- Experience driving change and process improvement
- 6 + years experience in a similar role or industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working within a complex financial services environment
