Accounting Manager

We are searching for an Accounting Manager to join our team of Finance superheroes in Kuala Lumpur.

• Leading and coaching our accounting team.
• Managing the monthly closing process whilst maintaining reliability and accuracy in the accounts.
• Maintaining and strengthening internal controls over financial reporting to ensure integrity of the financial reporting process.
• Working closely with our Auditors to assist in completion of all audits.
• Continued focus on improving processes and managing process improvement projects.
• Driving our business partnering activity.
• Keeping pace with the business; we are 3 years but still have a start-up mindset (and our business moves fast!!).

• Must possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 4 years of experience managing teams.
• Enthusiastic leader, mentor and coach.
• Proactive and highly motivated team-player with excellent communication skills in an international environment.
• Process improvement obsessive with experience of leveraging accounting systems to streamline accounting processes.
• Experience with NetSuite would be a bonus.
