Our client is in the automotive industry and is currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their busy team. This is a newly established role, reporting into the Recruitment Manager.
This desk is hot and ready for someone to jump in and build relationships with 30 existing clients.
Full time position
Ongoing contract with potential to go permanent
Immediate start
8am - 5pm - Monday to Friday (Flexible)
5 minutes from the CBD
Great hourly rate
We are looking for someone with either agency or internal recruitment experience, or both. Someone that can build relationships with ease and deal with multiple businesses that have differing recruitment requirements and deadlines.
You will be responsible for:
Liaising with Line Managers to confirm position requirements
Drafting and posting Seek advertisements
Screen, source and select suitable candidates for all white collar and blue-collar roles
Providing Line Managers with shortlists
Coordinating interviews
Completing reference checks
Completing the mobilisation and on boarding of new employees
Support the HR strategy by building talent pools and growing our internal candidate database
Reporting on recruitment metrics monthly
The successful applicant will have:
Experience in end to end recruitment for white and blue-collar positions
Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and build strong relationships
Advanced Word and Excel skills
Strong time management skills and ability to manage and meet tight and conflicting deadlines
Proactive and reliable
Ability to work autonomously
