Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role would see you:
Managing relationships and growing existing accounts within the Warehousing, Transport and Logistic sectors
Working as a PSA consultant and as such be responsible for both client and candidate management
Achieving consistent and rising revenue generation within specified portfolio
Organically growing existing accounts through regular visits, phone calls and establishing processes to adhere to service level agreements
Build and establish talent-pools of candidates
Screen resumes and qualify potential candidates across suitable job vacancies
Work with payroll to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes are adhered
To be successful for this position, you will have:
At least 6 months experience in a similar recruitment position
Warm with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all professional levels
Excellent attention to detail with an excellent ability to manage time
Pro-active with a 'can do' attitude
An ability to listen, learn and apply new ideas quickly
