We are delighted to be supporting our long term client with another fantastic opportunity to work within their busy Accounts department however the team are a relax team environment.
We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger administrator who is able to support all functions of Accounts administration. We are ideally looking for candidates from a sales ledger admin background that enjoys working in a fast paced environment and are confident on the telephone.
Even though this is a busy department it is also a lovely relax working environment
Responsibilities:
* Administration of credit account applications
* Active part of the credit control process, chasing outstanding debts via telephone, letter and e-mail
* Posting and matching of payments on the Sales Ledger
* Processing customer refunds
* Administration of customer accounts
* Assist with the monthly Sales Ledger reporting.
* Input into aged debtors analysis
* General accounts administration including filing and retrieval of paperwork
Experience
* Proven experience in a Sales Ledger and/or Credit Control administration role
* Ideally working with SAP or a similar system
* Used to volume transactional environment
