In this challenging role, you will be involved in the General Ledger Project. You will support the Project Manager Office and stream leads and own the project budget including forecasting and actuals tracking. You will own the risk and issues log and be responsible for ensuring the project has good hygiene and maintains the project collaboration sites such as SharePoint, Confluence and JIRA. You'll also support the continued improvement in project quality and project management competencies.

You will be involved in maintaining the team communication channels, social media pages and email groups as well as assisting the team with drafting project materials for Steering Committees, sponsor updates, stakeholder engagement and funding request as required as ad-hoc duties. You will also assist with drafting regular Project Stakeholder updates and act as a delegate for the Project Manager from time-to-time.

Your technical skills and qualifications will include experience working on projects in the financial services industry. You will have a proven track record of delivering project outcomes, have a flexible, proactive and positive approach to your work and be able to work with minimal supervision. You will have previous experience within a Project Manager Office, ideally having worked on large, financial services projects and have the ability to relay information succinctly and clearly to those you're working with in the team. Experience working with Agile would be advantageous. Strong experience in project documentation and experience in all stages of project life cycles including analysis, design, build and test support and implementation is required.
