Career Opportunity Manager - Financial Reporting - Financial Sustems Administrator (2 Yr Contract) Position Summary: To coordinate and support financial systems close for balance sheer. You will also manage Financial Management Systems user access and security controls, including EPM, PSGL, RIBs, T24 and InTrader, used for forty one (41) legal entities and seven (7) Office Branches within five (5) jurisdictions: Dutch Caribbean, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage Financial Systems upgrades impact, changes and annual, monthly and weekly processing and revaluation. Manage update of system automated and manual queries, within stipulated SLA timelines, to ensure accuracy of output on automated regulatory reports to fulfill requirements of Financial Control. This includes ongoing analytics to proactively identify issues /defects, recommend and implement resolutions, through MECR process, engaging finance systems developers, ensuring UAT and PIV is executed. Responsible for the timely and accurate production and delivery of weekly, monthly and annual data reports for Caribbean Banking Financial Systems for various Financial Reporting requirements, Financial Systems Advisor to Caribbean Banking Finance teams, including assisting units with queries that are assumed to be system related, providing training to team members. Manage regulatory reporting automated tool and other project targets established by the Finance senior leadership team within timelines and budgets, ensuring that fully functional reports and/or solutions are delivered to the business users at the completion of projects. Complete adhoc requests. Manage reputational risk throughout all assignments Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent qualification In-depth knowledge of financial services sector, project management, banking financial systems (T24, AS400, Ribs, EPM, PSGL, InTrader, Oracle) 5 years' experience with sub-ledger systems, data extraction and mining and functional with computer based report development and engineering teams. Excellent writing and communication skills. Good understanding of financial reporting requirements.
