Professional Staff-Corporate Advisory
Shekha & Mufti, Chartered Accountants intends to hire candidates for two positions (experienced and fresh) in its Corporate Advisory segment, based in Karachi.
For Experienced Category, the person shall be responsible for the following:
- Advising on various corporate statutes and regulations i.e. the Companies Act, 2017, the Securities Act, 2017, Code of Corporate Governance, NBFC Regulations, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations and CDC Regulations etc.
- Handling clients’ compliances required by the above regulators.
- Handling corporate actions by clients and drafting of notices and resolutions of board and shareholder meetings and related documents.
- Representing clients at regulators’ offices for registrations, compliances and legal proceedings.
Qualified or part qualified CAs, ACMAs, ACCAs, ACISs and law graduates, having relevant experience, shall apply. For the other position (fresh), candidates having flair of corporate advisory can apply before 30th December 2018.
Both the positions require team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
