Your new role
You'll manage a qualified team of finance projects with varying levels of experience. You'll be the key point of contact for your Finance Transformation Projects with a focus on process improvement and group-wide finance strategy development and governance. You will be responsible for review existing processes and design future processes for business units.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be able to demonstrate relevant previous experience in Life Insurance, as well as:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related field and minimum 8 years working experiences with relevant business process improvement experience
- A solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, manage timeline, and run team meetings
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- With the attitude of challenging status quo and with effective influencing skills
