Our client, a reputable Global Bank is looking to add an experienced PMO into their Wealth Management team. This is an initial 6 months contract, subject to extension.

Desired Skills

* Demonstrable experience in leading projects and driving projects to their end-to-end solutions
* Able to represent Technology team in liaising with Business/Transformation team for managing the requirement pipeline and UAT
* Ability to manage escalations for Technology team to Business, Internal teams & Vendors. Resolve the prioritization conflicts across multiple projects
* A good understanding of the SDLC and the parts that each group plays - with ability to drive this across a hybrid of Waterfall and Agile methodology
* PM Skills (preferably certified Prince 2 or PMP)
* Good communications skills (Written and verbal - be fluent in English)
* Be well organised & pay attention to detail
* Knowledge of Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management

Other General Tasks

* Plan, Manage, coordinate changes across the Wealth Management application landscape in the APAC region as required by the book of work
* Deliver a complete new technology stack (Infrastructure, Databases, Middleware, Application)
* Act as interface between global Agile-run program and local waterfall implementation.
* Develop and manage relationships with sponsors and stakeholders across Projects, the regional business area, and supporting application & infrastructure teams
* E2E project management - coordinating timely execution, which includes planning, identification of milestones, accompanied by user acceptance test phases as well as roll out, project documentation.

Key Requirements

* Significant experience in managing complex projects in the Banking & Financial Industry handling multi-disciplinary teams and vendors
* Excellent stakeholder management skills to support both internal and external clients.
* Experienced in leading projects and driving projects till delivery and experienced in test management.
* Experience in managing multiple work streams of the Projects across Internal stakeholders and vendors.
* Knowledge of Financial Services - ideally Wealth Management
* 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in Project & Test Management
