Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR centre of excellence, liaising & working very closely with the firm's global HR leadership team
  • Take responsibility to plan, design and execute the firm's APAC talent & culture strategy
  • Design and run annual regional talent plans
  • Execute HR strategy according to clearly defined KPI's
  • Revitalize the onboarding process
  • Working with direct reports to develop a high performing team environment
  • Ensures that by leading by example, all regulatory requirements and appropriate controls are adhered to
  • Measure employee engagement and support local initiatives to drive engagement
  • Embed the new corporate brand into all our people practices
  • Partner with key stakeholders to formulate and execute strategies that drive talent, culture and engagement across APAC
  • Provide insight led partnering to underpin effective business discussions

Requirements:

  • Passionate people leader who creates high performing HR environments
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
  • Comfortable working in a complex environment and comfortable with ambiguity
  • High energy, passionate and driven people leader
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing talent / culture programmes
  • Strategic and innovative thinker
