We are looking for an Experienced Senior Contract Analyst / Client Contracts Manager to join our Perth team.

The Senior Contracts Analyst / Client Contracts Manager is an essential position for the Contracts Management Function.

Responsible and accountable for the overall management of client contracts and for the ongoing support during the whole life-cycle of contracts from inception to signature, through its maturity and eventually archiving, at a certain assigned location/segment/category (depending on assignment).

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Resident of Perth or able to self-relocate to Perth, WA.
  • Degree in Law, or equivalent discipline.
  • Paralegal training or certification, as appropriate.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years' work experience ideally in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 1 year experience in a role within the Contracts or Legal Departments and/or a Law Firm.
  • High level of collaboration with others.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and excellent English.
  • Strong ethics in dealings with sensitive information.
  • Ability to demonstrate principled leadership with sound business ethics and consistency with principles, values, and behavior.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Salary: The salary package will comprise of a base salary in the range of AUD AUD 85,000-110,000/ year as per overall experience.
