RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS The Finance Division manage the firm's liquidity, capital and risk, and provide the overall financial control and reporting function.
The Controllers department is responsible for safeguarding the firm's assets to help maintain the integrity of Goldman Sachs'
finances and expenditures.

Through careful consideration and analyses of firm finances, objectives and strategies, we ensure that the firm's
businesses continue to be profitable and efficiently run. Controllers also ensure that all business practices are in compliance with
financial and regulatory requirements worldwide. If you're interested in working in the Finance Division you should be able to
demonstrate that you are highly motivated, with commercial focus and strong analytical and communication skills. We look for

The London IMD Fund Controllers team is responsible for the oversight of the accounting for the Investment Management Division's
offshore funds. The team responsibilities include Net Asset Value (NAV) review and approval of daily and weekly pricing funds,
expense budgeting, financial statement reporting, audit management, regulatory reporting, as well as key involvement in the launch
and closure of funds and the new product approval process. The team interacts closely with all internal teams connected with the
Investment Management Division, as well as with the external vendors, principally the Fund Administrators and Auditors.

Job Responsibilities

The analyst will be involved in all aspects of the IMD
Fund Controllers Team's duties, notably:

• Oversight and review of Fund Administrators
• Preparing analytical reports for Management, Fund
Boards and other stakeholders
• Fund budgeting
• Involvement in reporting cycles and other fund
initiatives
• Ownership of fund/share class launches and closures
• Expense oversight, authorization and reconciliation of
Fund invoices
