ROLE DESCRIPTION

Capco are looking for experienced financial services Business Analysts across multiple levels. This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions.

The nature of these roles offers long term deployments and the chance to experience varied regulatory change initiatives. Roles will have a global focus and will entail collaborating with Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology.

Fitting that description, you will also need to be Supremely Personally Motivated to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.

Professional experience is important. But it's paramount you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market. From Day One, your key skill will be to perceive new and better ways of doing things to give your clients an unfair advantage.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Transformation programmes and process re-engineering
• Counterparty exposure management processes - for Stock Loan, Repo, Buy-sell backs and margin lending transactions
• Understanding of triparty and bilateral financing trades and associated counterparty risk
• Collateral and margin management tools
• Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Project, MS-Visio & MS-PowerPoint
