Principal Business Analyst, Government organisation based in CBD, moving to Parramatta next year, $800 per day

Your new company
This government agency in Sydney is looking for a Principal Business Analyst to assist them on a transformation project with the objective of improving resource management, impacting high volumes of internal stakeholders. This role will suit someone who has worked as a Consultant in the past, ideally on a service or operational model transformation project.

Your new role
This position will see the successful candidate responsible for

• Data and process analysis, identifying ares for improvement
• Extensive road-mapping of procedures, policies and processes
• Schedule and manage delivery of high volumes of workshops
• Document recommendations and be hands on with feedback and testing.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience working on service or operational model transformation projects. You will have 3+ years experience consulting with a a reputable organisation, working on service reform, strategic or policy-led projects. You will be a confident communicator able to overcome objections from internal stakeholders and be able to promote changes with effective communication strategies.
