Your role

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?

You'll:

  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements & preparation of expense reports
  • Maintain daily calendars/agenda of meeting, events and conference calls
  • Handle correspondence
  • Compile information/metrics, prepare documents and presentation material


Your team

You'll be working with a team of 10 bankers including 2 senior bankers.

Your experience and skills

You have:

  • At least 5 years secretarial experience with senior or top management, investment banking experience preferred
  • Excellent PC skills - MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills including excellent telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and motivated
  • Able to manage a multitude of tasks effectively, efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Written and Spoken English and preferably with good Mandarin, this is not essential but when booking travel, cars etc. in china it would be an advantage
  • The ideal candidate will possess common sense and the ability to juggle numerous tasks
  • Not afraid of working until the job is done and have worked in a high pressured environment before
