Our client are extremely prominent within their sector and are looking for a Finance Manager to run their Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team.

It is an excellent opportunity for a Part Qualified or Finalist level candidate to manage a team and develop.

Client Details

Our client are a national property company that have grown over the last 5 years. They are based across London, however this role will be based in Bond Street in the heart of London.

The role will report into the Finance Director with strong progression prospects.

Description

This role, Part Qualified Finance Manager (12 month fixed term contract), involves:

- Managing the Accounts payable and Accounts receivable teams

- Reporting to the Finance Director

- Improving processes and controls

- Mitigating risk and strengthening business procedures

- Building relationships with auditors

- Improve business efficiency globally, specifically for Europe

- Intercompany reconciliations

- Month end reporting

- CIS reporting

- Monthly CIS returns

- Maintaining cash books

- Maintain the VAT

- Variance Analysis

- Working with the Accounts payable manager to drive and move the team forward

- Managing key relationships with suppliers and resolving discrepancies

- Overhead accounting

- Working closely with the Sales Ledger Manager to ensure the company debtors remain low

- Dealing with sign off for new credit limits

- Accountancy based

- Part Qualified/ Finalist role

- 12 month fixed term contract

Profile

The candidate we are looking, Part Qualified Finance Manager (12 month fixed term contract), will :

1. Ideally come from the Property sector

2. Must be Part Qualified or Finalist level

3. Be able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
