Duties & Responsibilites: Ensure monthly disbursement targets (number & value) are consistently achieved as per loans budget Conduct market survey of assigned zone to determine credit potential Promote the programme within the divisions served by the loans programme Initiate client contact Interview clients to determine eligibility and repayment capacity for the Loan Programmes Prepare and submit loan applications for approval Follow-up with clients to ensure prompt repayment inorder to maintain and control delinquency as outlined by the company Monitor portfolio and implement appropriate action in a timely manner when payments are late Any other duties that may be assigned Skills: Must own/operate a reliable motor vehicle Excellent communication skills Excellent marketing/sales skills Excellent time management skills Must be flexible Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office suite)
