Accountant Subsidiaries DESCRIPTION Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited is seeking to hire an Accountant Subsidiaries who will be responsible for a diverse range of Accounting support needs. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES - Not limited to: Prepare financials Preparation of Audit File Preparation of VAT & Quarterly Taxes Prepare petty cash reimbursement Bank Reconciliation Manage Treasury Prepare & Review other Statutory Payments for subsidiaries Review Salaries Prepare budget for subsidiaries To apply and ensure collection of compliance Certs. (BIR, NIS, VAT) 1 week prior to the expiration of the previous certs. REQUIREMENTS Full O level certificate including Math and English and pursuing Professional Level or completed ACCA Level 3. Peachtree Knowledge Ability to work within a diverse team and anticipate needs and necessary workflows Can work in an extremely fast paced environment Must be flexible to work in excess of 8 hours and on weekends if the need arises Special Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Time Management Flexibility attitude, ability to perform under pressure Commitment to quality work Good analytical and problem solving skills Able to meet deadlines; do what is required to get the job done
