Key Responsibilities:
- Build a comprehensive picture of revenues, costs, key trends and other key indicators to measure health of the product portfolio.
- Responsible for performing key Business analysis Businesses-wise / product-wise, sharing regular insights with management or on adhoc basis.
- Monitor the key statistics of each Easypaisa products, and analyze against targets on a continuous basis
- Identifying improvement areas in terms of quality of communication of information, implement innovative ideas in order to create better Business insights and work efficiencies.
- Facilitating all ad-hoc reporting/dashboards for FS business teams for their as well as higher management reporting purposes
- Owner of all data reporting to SBP through a touch point in Telenor Bank.
- Create a liaison between technical and Business intelligence team for the effective delivery on requirements and two way learning
- Contributes to product development process for effective implementation in technical system to serve future reporting needs
- Liason between Telenor bank team’s and technical teams (Vendor & Business Intelligence) for creation of new reports and ad-hoc data requests
- Works together with technical reporting teams to ensure data completeness.
Required Knowledge, Competencies, Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Telecom /Banking.
- Have strong analytical skills
- Data Interpretation and Quantitative skills
- Challenge various stakeholders whenever required
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high- pressure environment
- Handle work load effectively and efficiently. Work independently as well as in teams
- Well versed with MS excel, Power point and MS Access
- Data management
- 3-5 Years’ experience
Required Qualification, Education and Certifications:
- ACCA Member
- Any additional Technical/Business Qualification/ Degree will be a plus
- Digital domain training and knowledge
