About the role

You will play a key role in a team responsible for delivering Corporate Finance and Capital Market solutions to our clients across various industries in areas such as:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Valuations and fair value opinions
• Due Diligence
• Capital Markets and Listings
• Restructuring of businesses
• Restructuring of finance
• Project finance
• Design and development of business strategies
• Business plans and feasibility studies

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field.
• Professional Qualification (ACA/ACCA).
• Very good knowledge of programming languages (e.g R or Python) and data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Previous experience in a related field will be considered an advantage.
• High level of interpersonal skills and communication skills, business acumen and a strong client focus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability and confidence to engage and interact with engagement leaders on technical matters impacting clients
• Innovation and persistency
• Eagerness for continuous learning
• Fluent verbal and written Greek and English language skills
