Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial models
  • Analyse various investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held companies
  • Support execution of active transactions
  • Work closely with Senior MDs on small deal teams

Qualifications

  • Between 6 months - 2 years of postgraduate investment banking experience in M&A/Corporate Finance
  • Industrials sector experience - beneficial
  • Strong Excel/financial modelling skills
  • Additional European languages - beneficial
