Overview:

Huxley is currently working with a well renowned bank that is on the lookout for a Head of Change Management & Operational Excellence. If you have experience within Change Management & Operational Excellence, this could be perfect for you.

Title: Head - Change Management & Operational Excellence

Location: Doha, Qatar.



Responsibilities:

The incumbent will oversee and guide the team in the development and delivery of the change management plan from formulation to benefits realisation, including but not limited to change readiness, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications.

The incumbent will oversee timely update of the business policies as when there are specific changes to policies on account of change in regulations, management decisions or changes/improvements in the existing processes.

Work closely with the Department Head - Strategy & Corporate Performance in the development of the Change Management & Operational Excellence plan/framework for the Bank.

Manage the establishment and roll out a standardised system for process evaluation and continuous business performance improvement.



Experience:

University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or any other related discipline.

Master's degree in Management any other related discipline will be an added advantage.

10-13 years' experience.

Significant experience in process improvements, or project management, and, policies/procedures development in banking industry

Experience of working across a range of projects, using research and best practices

Significant experience in managing change through a project lifecycle in banking industry
