The role of the credit control will be to assist the current finance team with helping to reduce the company debt while at the same time offer a professional service to its customers.

Description
The credit controller will report into the credit team leader and the duties will include but not limited to:
- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone, email and letter
- Dealing with account queries and escalating to team leader when required
- Dealing with cash allocations
- Building long last relationships both client and internal
- Offering a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Profile
The successful credit control candidate will require the following skills:
- Experience of working within a credit control function - Essential
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Essential
- Account management and resolution experience - Essential
- Good excel skills, ie Vlook ups and pivot tables - Essential
- Proactive attitude - Essential
Job Offer
On offer for the right candidate is a salary of £20,000 per annum + £1,000 bonus + 22 days holiday plus bank holiday + company pension + flexi time
