A Credit Controller based in Oxford, working up to 20 hours with flexibility on days.
Client Details
Established Oxford based business who are looking for a Credit Controller following a restructure.
Description
Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller will consist of the following:
- Credit Control/Accounts Receivable: Taking control and ownership of the Sales Ledger Credit Control function for the company chasing outstanding debts post 60 days depending on each client.
Produce unallocated cash, overdue, customer on stop and potential bad debt reports for Sales team and Management accountant/Finance Director.
- Providing information for credit meetings with sales team and Finance Director.
Produce and issue monthly customer statements
Responsible for setting up new customer accounts, performing credit checks as appropriate, liaising with both Internal sales department and customers to ensure records held are correct, producing credit check report for Finance Director to authorise.
Profile
The successful candidate will have previous experience in Credit Control and will be able to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills and manners will be essential due to the nature of the role working with clients.
