Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of the monthly management accounts.
• P&L's, Trackers and Commentary.
• Detailed variance analysis of monthly results to budget, forecast and prior year.
• Full Commentary on variances giving complete insight into what is driving the variances.
• Review and analysis of monthly payroll.
• Preparation of budgets and regular forecasts, including assisting in construction of the annual sales budget.
• Calculate various cost to serve charges.
• Responsible for daily cashflow.
• Calculate and review sales team monthly commissions.
• Calculation of various rebates and prebates.
• Calculation and analysis of internal purchases.
• Responsibility for a number of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Processing of journals, accruals & prepayments and intercompany accounting.
• Assistance in preparation of the statutory accounts.
