It is essential you have full FP&A responsibility for a Start up Pharma business over a long period of time with full responsibility for Revenue and Spend.

Job Description : FP&A Manager

This FP&A role has a huge variety of tasks, is fast paced and the team are constantly reacting to new challenges almost on a daily basis but that's what they love and they want someone who also thrives under that type of pressure.

You'll be looking at Sales performance of newly launched product range - monitoring the KPI's - take the lead on the overseeing sales activity -review the bonus scheme -Sit with the Sales Managers to agree their budgets. Deliver the forecasting. Report on variance and get underneath the numbers to understand the business.

You will add commercial insight - be a true business partner - help with product pricing -get involved in competitor analysis -support month close and have full control over cost and spend.

IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU HAVE FULL P&L RESPONSIBILITY GAINED IN A START UP PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS RECENTLY IN YOUR CAPACITY AS FP&A MANAGER.

Profile

Our client is looking for someone who ticks all the boxes:

1) Degree Educated Qualified Accountant

2) Start up Pharmaceuticals Industry background recently.

3) You have owned a Departmental P&L in a start up Pharmaceutical business for a number of years.

4) You have monitored KPI's for Sales and set up Sales Analytics

5) You have analysed departmental spend and business costs of the start up pharmaceutical business.

YOU NEED TO DEMONSTRATE HOW YOU HAVE OWNED THE P&L IN A START UP PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS INCLUDING SETTING UP ALL THE PROCESS AND CONTROLS. YOU NEED TO BE UP TO DATE WITH RECENT LEGISLATION AND SO HAVE WORKED IN PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS CURRENTLY.
